Before talking about recruitment, let’s talk about us! Before being a group of agencies, Janssens Immobilier is also a holiday memory. A dream coming true, a bet on the future, and above all, a beautiful family story that we share with passion.
Founded in 1999, this family group represents more than 10 agencies from the Mont Ventoux to Saint-Tropez.
Under the Made in Provence banner, Janssens Immobilier offers a wide choice of more than 200 seasonal rentals with personalized and tailor-made support. Since 2013, Janssens Immobilier has been associated with the international group of luxury real estate, Knight Frank.

Every year we bring our teams together to take a look over the past year.
A time for sharing, brainstorming and discussing objectives for the year ahead.
It’s an opportunity to get together and discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the Group, with time for everyone to have their say. Each sector shares its feelings, presents its greatest successes and has a moment to ask questions.
We end these meetings with a convivial meal, and our teams then move on to more or less sporting activities to create strong links between each branch.

Every month, we organize a special event for those who want to maintain a strong bond with all our employees.
During the summer, we like to enjoy a good aperitif in the shade of the plane trees, while in winter, a visit to the Lumières quarries brings the year to a close. We’ve also been able to admire numerous artistic events, such as Lustrerie Mathieu, or take part in the creation of a painting by an artist at La Friche de Marseille.
Every opportunity to get together is a much-appreciated and eagerly-awaited moment to maintain the family spirit that we hold so dear.

As the sales team is mostly in the field, our real estate agencies each have one or more individuals who assist negotiators in their daily tasks: creating files, administrative follow-up, appointment management...

Communication is entirely managed in-house by a marketing team based in Avignon.
