What services can we implement?

Assistance

Throughout the year and 7 days a week, we are available to help you with the management of your property. Our on-site intervention makes a difference. A real time saver for our clients often hundreds of kilometers away from the property! We also offer concierge services on request.

Regular Inspections and Monitoring

Multiple visits are scheduled to watch over your property in your absence, ensuring that everything is in order and checking any alarm systems. Prevent any unpleasant surprises for when you come to enjoy your home (water leaks, power outages, loosened shutters by the famous Mistral wind).

Supervision of Service Providers

Our team will be the point of contact for service providers such as the gardener, cleaning service, pool maintenance, etc., guiding and overseeing their interventions when you are not on-site. We ensure your arrival to a perfectly maintained home.

Management of Administrative Procedures

We ensure the receipt of mail and/or packages in your absence. Additionally, we keep you informed about them. We assist you with any administrative procedures.

Who will take care of my property?

A team of 3 persons is available to manage our entire portfolio of contracted houses according to the region.

Provence Terre

Béate and Isabel are at your disposal to understand your needs and expectations. Having both arrived in France a few years ago, they have the necessary experience to assist you with all administrative procedures and are fluent in multiple languages, allowing you to simply enjoy your home in Provence. They pay special attention to each property they manage.

Provence Mer

Louis, based in Saint-Tropez, is our point of contact for property management on the Riviera. He has a perfectionist approach to all the services provided for his clients and also offers to accompany you in the concierge aspect.
