Pretty bastide with heated (optional) swimming pool for seasonal rental for 8 people in the Luberon. The property is tastefully decorated and offers you a superb view of the Luberon and the village of Ménerbes!
The house is fully air-conditioned for optimal comfort. Each room has its own bathroom/shower room.
It is located in a very quiet but not isolated place, only 1 km (20 mins walking distance) from the centre of the village of Ménerbes.

– Large living room (60 m²) with fireplace and direct access to the south terrace and garden
– Beautiful fitted kitchen with adjoining storeroom

1st floor:
– Bedroom 1 with double bed 180 x 200, dressing room with cupboard and bathroom equipped with bath, double washbasin and toilet.
– Bedroom 2 with two single beds of 90 x 200 and a shower room equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
– Bedroom 3 with a double bed 160 x 200 and a shower room (shower, washbasin and toilet).

– 11 m x 6 m swimming pool (depth: 1m20 – 1m80) heated (optional) and secured by an electric shutter, open from 01/05 to 01/10. 8 high quality deckchairs (Tribu brand), 2 chilinis and a hammock
– Toilet and outdoor shower with cold and hot water
– Shaded terrace on the south side with a clear view on the Luberon and the vineyards. Wrought iron table and 10 chairs
