– The pool is open from April to October. It can be heated on request, with extra charge. The pool cover helps to maintain a reasonable water temperature, though it still depends on weather conditions.
– Final cleaning is included, bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided.
– Linen change for 2 consecutive weeks rented.
– Access to the property is via a small path
– The property is surrounded by a manual electric fence.
– The fireplace is not usable
– The tourist tax is calculated per night and per adult based on the rental price.
