Beschreibung
Less than a kilometer from the center of Vaison-la-Romaine, come and discover this superb stone mas. With a dominant view and no vis-à-vis, you will be perfectly placed to fully enjoy your holiday in the heart of Provence.
With a capacity of 10 people thanks to its five bedrooms, come and discover Provence with your family or friends. The large heated swimming pool of 14 x 4m is perfect for cooling off on summer days and a small pool of 3.50 x 3.50 (with a depth of 65cm) will allow children to play or even adults to have a drink.
There are many separate areas both inside and outside for everyone to have their own personal space.
There is a safe and mini fridge in all rooms, the two rooms on the second floor have air conditioning. The other three rooms on the ground floor are cool even without air conditioning.
You will fall under the spell of Mas de Junon!
The house is composed of:
Ground floor (pool level):
Outside and completely independent:
Bedroom 1: bed 160 x 200 (or 2 x 80 x 200cm), cupboard, outside access, shower and basin.
Independent toilet.
Bedroom 2: bed 160 x 200 (or 2 x 80 x 200cm), cupboard and fireplace. Outside access to a wooden terrace with garden furniture and parasol overlooking the garden and access to the pool.
En-suite shower room with toilet, basin and shower.
In the mas:
Bedroom 3: 160 x 200cm bed, armchair, capsule coffee maker, walk in dressing room and large bay window with view of the pool.
Full en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, bubble bath, shower and separate toilet.
Room used as a summer kitchen with a table for 6 people, fireplace, 2 armchairs, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, beer tap and a cupboard with crockery and cutlery. This room will let you have meals by the pool without having to take everything down from the kitchen (located on the floor above). This room always stays very cool and allows you to eat indoors on hot days.
“Pool house” room with a separate toilet, shower and washbasin. At the end of this room you have the staircase to the upper floors.
1st floor (ground floor in relation to the north terrace):
Large living room with 2 double sofas, fireplace, large flat screen TV with DVD player and Netflix.
External access to the west terrace as well as an external access to the north terrace.
Dining room with a table for 6 people and an extension for up to 10 people.
Bar counter facing the kitchen with 4 stools.
Open kitchen with central island and 4 stools around it.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Shower room with toilet, shower and basin.
Access to the north terrace and parking area which allows you to unload your groceries directly at the kitchen.

Heated swimming pool of 14 x 4m (1.45m deep), treated with chlorine and secured by a submerged shutter.

Children’s pool of 3.50 x 3.50 (0.65m deep).
Outdoor table for 10 people in front of the mas with a parasol.
Veranda with storage for pool accessories.
West terrace, always shaded, with a wisteria covered pergola and a table for 6 people. A path leads directly from this terrace to the pool.
The northern terrace has a table tennis table, a dart board and the possibility to play a game of pétanque. Possibility to drive up with the car to unload the groceries.
Outdoor parking at the pool level.
