A stone-covered patio offers you a shaded spot, perfect for enjoying meals together and cooking in the fully equipped summer kitchen with with induction hob, fridge, plancha gaz and sink.
There are several terraces, a charming courtyard, and a large garden filled with beautiful flowers.
Garden furniture and parasols are available.
A peaceful and privileged setting.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
– Please note that the stairs have relatively high and uneven steps. Caution is advised.
– Semi-detached but with no overlooking, the house offers complete privacy and a peaceful stay.
– Pets are accepted on request, with 100€ extra charge/week
– Pool open from April till end of October and heated on request – extra charge 150€. The pool cover helps maintain a comfortable water temperature, although this may still be affected by weather conditions.
– Final cleaning and linen are included in the price
– Electric vehicle charging point available (50€/week)
– Use of the fireplace in winter is available upon request (€50)
– The tourist tax is calculated per night and per adult according to the rental price
