Contest Rules: Advent Contest 2025 by Janssens Immobilier
Article 1: Organizing Company
The company JANSSENS IMMOBILIER, a private limited liability company (SARL) with a capital of €100,000, headquartered at COURS ELZEAR PIN, 84480 BONNIEUX, registered in the Avignon Trade and Companies Register under number 484850771, is organizing a no-purchase-necessary contest, consisting of several successive draws and prizes offered by different partner brands as part of the Advent Calendar 2025.
Article 2: The Game and Access to the Game
Participation in the game is free of charge, with no purchase required, and implies unconditional acceptance of these rules in their entirety (hereinafter referred to as “the Rules”).
Participation in the game is reserved for Instagram followers.
Article 3: Dates and Duration
The contest named “Advent Contest 2025” will take place from December 1, 2025, at 9:00 PM (GMT +1) to December 21, 2025, at 9:00 PM. The announcement of the winners will take place on December 22 at 10:00 AM by random draw (see Article 6).
The Organizing Company reserves the right to postpone, modify, cancel, or renew this contest if circumstances require it. In any case, it cannot be held liable in this respect.
Article 4: Participation
4.1. Conditions of Participation:
The contests are open to any adult natural person who is a follower of the Instagram account @janssensimmobilier_knightfrank and the partner brand.
Six brands are collaborating with Janssens Immobilier to give away their products (see Article 5), namely: Elsa Lenthal, Compagnie de Provence, Maison Gaillardet – La Troprovençale, Florel en Provence Salon-de-Provence, Panier des Sens Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Domaine Jòlibois.
To participate, participants must:

follow and be a follower of @janssensimmobilier_knight and the Instagram account of the partner brand,

Bonus: share the contest announcement post in their story.
Prizes will be shipped exclusively to pick-up points in mainland France to ensure a simple and secure delivery.
A person may participate in each draw corresponding to the six partner brands but can only be designated as a winner once. If the same participant is drawn twice, they will be asked to choose which brand’s prize they wish to keep.
Persons who have directly or indirectly contributed to the organization of the contest, as well as their family members (same name, same postal address), are excluded from participation.
Only entries that comply with all the provisions of this article and these general conditions will be accepted. The Organizing Company reserves the right to carry out any verification it deems necessary regarding the identity and address of each participant. Any incomplete, incorrect, falsified, or unidentifiable information will result in the cancellation of the corresponding entry.
Only persons who can receive their prize at a pick-up point in mainland France are eligible to win. If the initial winner cannot receive their prize under these conditions, a new draw will be held to select an eligible participant.
4.2. Participant’s Commitments
Participation in the contest implies fair conduct, meaning absolute compliance with the rules and full acceptance of these contest rules. The participant agrees to provide the mandatory information specified in Article 4.1.

The prize is nominative, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash equivalent will be awarded.
Article 6: Selection of Winners
The draw will take place on December 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM among all participants to select the winners for each partner brand. For the brand « Florel en Provence Salon-de-Provence », six packs are available, each selecting a separate winner, while the other brands will each select a single winner. Each winner of Florel cannot win any other prize in the other contests (see Article 4).
The Organizing Company will contact the winners via private message on the Instagram page @janssensimmobilier_knightfrank. To maintain the anonymity and confidentiality of participants, no names will be publicly mentioned. Only the confirmation of contact with the winners will be announced in the story, marking the closing of the contest.
Article 7: Prize Delivery
The Organizing Company will contact the winner via private message on Instagram within three (3) business days of the announcement and the prize will be delivered within twenty-one (21) business days after confirmation of the winner’s details.
If the email address, postal address, or phone number provided by a participant is incorrect, incomplete, or does not match the winner, or if for any other technical reason the prize information cannot be correctly delivered, the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible. It is also not the responsibility of the Organizing Company to conduct further research to contact a winner whose contact information is invalid or illegible.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days from notification, they will be considered to have forfeited their prize. A new draw will then be conducted to select an eligible winner. The original participant cannot claim the prize or seek compensation.
The prize is personal and non-transferable. If the winner refuses the prize, no compensation can be requested. The prize cannot be contested, exchanged, or replaced by any other consideration.
If the prize cannot be delivered within the specified timeframe, a new draw will be held.
Article 8: Liability
The participant acknowledges and agrees that the sole obligation of the Organizing Company is to conduct the draw and deliver the prize according to the terms of these Rules.
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for malfunctions that prevent proper contest execution, including, but not limited to, external malicious acts, technical defects, or other problems.
The Organizing Company may cancel or suspend all or part of the contest if fraud is detected. In such a case, it reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or take legal action against them.
Article 9: Personal Data Protection
Participants’ personal data are collected for the purposes of contest participation and will be retained for the duration of the contest. The data controller is the Organizing Company.
This information is mandatory for participation, as it is necessary to determine the winner(s) and distribute the prizes. Persons who exercise their right to delete their data before the end of the contest are deemed to have forfeited participation.
In accordance with European law and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, participants have rights of access, rectification, restriction, portability, and deletion, as well as the right to object to processing for legitimate reasons. These rights may be exercised via a.marketing@janssensimmobilier.com or by mail to: JANSSENS IMMOBILIER, Cours Elzéar Pin, 84480 Bonnieux.
Participants also have the right to withdraw consent at any time and file a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) via www.cnil.fr.
Article 10: Rules
Participation in this contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, shorten, or partially or fully modify the contest in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances. The Rules may be amended at any time by the Organizing Company via an addendum.
Cases not covered by the Rules will be decided by the contest organizers, whose decisions are final. French law applies. Disputes are only admissible within two weeks of the contest closure. The Organizing Company is not responsible if, due to reasons beyond its control (force majeure or other events making execution impossible), the contest is partially or fully modified, postponed, or canceled.

Article 11: Applicable Law and Disputes
This contest and these Rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute regarding interpretation of the Rules or unprovided cases will first be resolved amicably.
If not resolved, it will be submitted to French courts. The competent court is that of the consumer’s residence.
