In a perfect, peaceful location which is still close to the town centre, you’ll have front-row seats for all the summer festivities.
This is the perfect place to relax, with a lovely wooded garden, a beautiful 8x4m tiled swimming pool, a gazebo and a orangerie that has been converted into a summer kitchen.

Ground floor:
The entrance leads to a large living area consisting of a lounge, a dining room and a spacious open kitchen that is fully fitted.
A staircase leads to a laundry room.
Bedroom 1: 180x200cm bed, TV, air conditioning, walk-in wardrobe, lounge access and shower room.
